Houston, Texas, was selected as Henderson Engineers, Inc.'s first regional expansion, with the office opening in 2002. Our Bayou City office has completed numerous successful projects and is able to offer exceptional consulting services to metropolitan Houston, the state of Texas and the entire Gulf Coast region. With a growing staff, we provide full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural lighting, technology and security design. The Houston office works closely with the Corporate Headquarters to continually meet stringent deadlines while producing quality designs that fit the needs of our clients.
The Northwest Arkansas office of Henderson Engineers, Inc. opened in 2003 as the company's second regional office. Located just off Highway 71 in Lowell, the office offers full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural lighting, comprehensive technology design and commissioning services to support the commercial growth of the area.
In 2005, Henderson Engineers expanded its network to include an office in the country's sixth largest city — Phoenix, Arizona. This progressive office is intimately familiar with the uniqueness of the valley and has developed an extensive portfolio, ranging from evaluations and technical reports to large-scale, complex projects. Located to conveniently serve the 12-county Dallas-Forth Worth-Arlington metropolitan area, the office is fully equipped and staffed to handle a variety of project types and sizes. The experienced staff in Dallas is able to offer small-firm service with large-firm resources supported by Henderson Engineers' national network.
Henderson Engineers, Inc.'s Tampa office opened in 2007 to support the company's growing clientele in the state of Florida as well as the Southeast region of the country. The unique design challenges typical to the region have created opportunities for Henderson to expand services within Florida. The Tampa office offers a full range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services as well as architectural lighting, fire protection and technology design.
The firm's Las Vegas operations began in 2007 when a program field office was staffed to support the Las Vegas Convention Center project. Henderson Engineers is serving as the engineer of record for this multi-year, multi-phased project; and we currently have a team of 12 including a Director of Operations.
Henderson Engineers, Inc. opened a Manhattan, Kansas branch office in 2008. The purpose of this office is wide-ranging and provides full service MEP in addition to serving as a student-intern outreach program. The office is staffed by Principals, key project managers and students currently attending Kansas State University that have held previous internships at one of HEI's other seven locations.
